Simply Lovely. 1915 Lanzhou Beef Noodles located in Burwood is a must have for any noodle enthusiast like myself. The wide range of noodle types blew my mind away and the large variety within the menu satisfied every possible craving. I must say, the noodles that I ordered (Spicy Lanzhou Beef noodles) was the highlight of my day, and paired with the amazing, tender and well spiced lamb skewers, it made a meal that I could have anyday. Amazing customer service with instant seating arrangements and the atmosphere was a warm and welcoming one. The store is also Halal which makes it a wonderful place to visit for people with dietary requirements such as that. I would recommend this place to anyone, this is a must have located in the heart of Burwood.

We had an amazing experience at 1915 Lanzhou Beef Noodles in Burwood. The food was fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic taste. The Lanzhou Spicy Beef Soup Noodles were the star of the night – rich, aromatic broth with perfectly hand-pulled noodles and tender beef slices. The pan-fried beef & cabbage dumplings had a crispy base and juicy filling, a great starter. We also tried the salt & pepper prawns (crispy, well-seasoned, and addictive), Kungpao chicken with veggies (a great balance of sweet, spicy, and savoury), and the lamb skewers (charcoal grilled with that classic cumin flavour). Steamed rice and plain noodles tied everything together nicely. Service was quick, and the portion sizes were generous. The place was buzzing but still comfortable to dine in. Highly recommend this spot if you’re after authentic Lanzhou-style noodles and hearty Chinese dishes in Sydney. Definitely coming back!
